Job Description The Top Producer with Marcus " Millichap, Inc. in downtown Denver seeks professional, extremely organized, reliable, diligent, self-motivated, detail oriented, articulate and personable individual to assist his team in marketing of large income properties.

Responsibilities include preparation of Offering Memorandums, Marketing Proposals, Purchase " Sale Agreements, Listing Agreements, Escrow Management, Database Management, Website Management and various other professional marketing materials and documents. Additionally, the position involves researching properties, property owners, and transactions, in order to maintain a proprietary (relational) database (REA). A Full-Time position is available Job Requirements Applicant must have excellent communication skills in order to offer a high level of client support and service. The ideal candidate MUST have extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Publisher.

Quickbooks (accounting), Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus. Excellent computer and Internet skills are ESSENTIAL. Commercial real estate experience and college degree are preferred, but not required. • Greeting and directing guests • Making travel arrangements for staff and executives • Managing and maintaining schedules for supported staff • Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming correspondence • Performing data entry as needed • Screening and routing incoming calls and messages when necessary • Tracking office supply inventory and ordering additional supplies as needed • Assisting accounting department with basic tasks and filing needs • Any other general administrative and clerical support required Please email your resume, including cover letter.
