Asia/Pacific Region All-Source Cyberthreat Analyst-01129583
Provide all-source analytic support regarding East and Southeast Asian countries' cyber doctrine, policies, strategies, capabilities, and intent to conduct cyberspace operations on behalf of a national intelligence agency and the greater DoD cyber security community. Provide cutting edge, innovative, and thoroughly-vetted finished intelligence products, including high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for senior US government intelligence and cyber security officials. Develop and refine the daily operations of a growing DoD customer. This position is located in the Washington DC area.
-Experience with all-source analysis
-Experience with gathering data, analyzing findings, and documenting results-Experience with regional and country-specific expertise
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of the political, military, economic, or cultural affairs of East and Southeast Asian countries
-Ability to write information papers using analytic tradecraft standards as prescribed by the government client, provide document reviews, and prepare and deliver intelligence briefings of value for senior leadership-TS/SCI clearance-BA or BS degree
-Experience with cyber, computer network operations, information operations, and information warfare-Experience with US Pacific Command and other US combatant commands-Experience with DoD intelligence platforms, including JWICS, SIPRNet, WISE, or TAC
-Knowledge of an Asian language, including Chinese, Korean, Japanese, or Vietnamese with a DLPT rating of 3/3 or equivalent-Knowledge of the various facets of computer network operations, including CNE, CND, or CAN
-Knowledge of best practices for interagency coordination processes
-Ability to analyze cyber activities and determine their strategic impact through all-source intelligence-Ability to operate in a fast-paced work environment and facilitate truncated delivery deadlines-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-MA or MS degree in a related field preferred-Security+, CISSP, or other independent Information Security Certification
