Job Summary: Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Office Manager provides overall management, supervision, planning, support, organization and frontline communication within the office environment. Requirements: Previous office management experience in a home health, hospice, geriatric or general medical/surgical office environmentKnowledge of current Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement guidelinesAbility to work professionally, positively and cooperatively with office and clinical staffDemonstrated knowledge of basic computer programsAbility to communicate effectively in English
