This position is responsible for United States Postal Services activities supporting Direct, Custom and Ad-hoc Mail service requirements for UnitedHealth Group business segments. Duties include business requirement definition, project planning, sourcing, cost and quality control for printing, mailing and/or fulfillment projects.
Providing guidance and assistance to the multiple market groups regarding 'best in class' print procurement and delivery service.

Evaluate project specifications to define cost saving opportunities through modified production, specifications, or edelivery solutions.

Work with onsite Postal resources to identify and leverage postage reductions associated with mailing projects

Requirements

Associate's degree or equivalent experience

Three to five years' proven experience in direct mail, data processing, personalization, lettershop, USPS regulations and mail piece design.

Strong knowledge of commercial print including digital, sheet fed and web printing processes.

Proven experience in managing highly sensitive and/or critical projects, e.g. financial and health services

Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and database program skills
