Pc/lan Analyst 3
Provide executive level Desktop and LAN support that meets the high expectations of our Wells Fargo Capital Finance team members. Identify, use and develop methods, techniques, diagnostic tools or criteria to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve moderate to complex PC/LAN related hardware, software, operating systems and network problems.
Analyze client needs and review technical alternatives to determine their impact on the client and systems environment. Participate in the planning, installation and implementation of new or modified PC/LAN related hardware, software, applications or operating systems to meet client requirements. Update and write technical and training documentation. Participate in the implementation, configuration and troubleshooting of voice and data communication networks and circuits. Understand BCP, security and compliance requirements in order to minimize risk to the environment. Will be required to occasionally work nights and weekends. Resourceful, dedicated and innovative.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
3+ years PC/LAN analysis experience.
-5+ years experience supporting desktop/laptop hardware and applications in an enterprise environment
-Proficient with Windows XP and Windows 7 Operating Systems
-Proficient with Office 2003/2007/2010
-Proven technical and customer service skills
-Blackberry/iPhone support experience
-Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team in a fast paced environment
-Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written communication.
