Main Responsibilities:
Design, develop and manage innovative training curriculum and documents that will be used for customer training classes
Deliver exceptional, on-site training sessions, including classroom instruction, one-on-one coaching, practice sessions, product demonstrations and workshops.
Develop customer training schedules and coordinate all associated logistics, including set-up of facility, communications with attendees and more.
Work closely with both the customers and Verivo Software’s Sales Team to measure satisfaction with current training programs and to sell additional training programs.
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (Computer Science, or related field)
3-5 years experience delivering training sessions, in classroom settings, virtual classroom settings and via web-conferencing tools
Experience with troubleshooting and providing technical support
Technically proficient (SQL, C#, or Java preferred)
Ability to travel up to 70%
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability communicate effectively at all levels
