Must be an expert in understanding paint layers and surface effects on the car. Ability to detect defects and understand Corrosion as related to painted bodies or parts: surface (e.g. waviness, dirt, inclusion, structure) and sealing defects. Must be able to lead teams including Production/Skilled Team Members in an automotive manufacturing environment to meet and exceed company goals and objectives. Responsible for the production output, quality and process costs of assigned areas. Qualifications (Skills & Experiences & Education Years of experience: Minimum four years leading employees Education Required: Skilled worker in auto technology.
