Detailed Description SUMMARY DESCRIPTION
The Director of Operations is responsible for the overall site production manufacturing of Integra products and services. This position is on the Senior Site Management team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Develops partnerships with Senior Management Staff to assure timely and effective communication of company vision, values and mission. Provides input for development of Company Strategic Plan for attainment of short and long-term objectives. Oversees proper staffing within each reporting department to maintain high-level performance of daily production requirements and new product introductions. Directs ongoing cost reduction and continuous improvement programs within areas of responsibility. Manages appropriate inventories for WIP and raw materials to meet finished goods schedules. Develops and manages the capital and expense budgets within areas of responsibility. Facilitates the formal manufacturing planning process and ensures execution of the plan. Provides leadership in the area of strategic manufacturing plans, sourcing decisions and initiatives. Analyzes and implements changes in policies and procedures which improve quality, cycle time, and/or cost. Assures Manufacturing and materials plans are in place for new product launches, product transfers, and phase-in/phase-out of products/components Assure appropriate manufacturing methods, procedures and practices are in place and followed. Assures cost effective manufacturing process are being deployed and monitored. Job Requirements DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for his position.
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline. MBA preferred. Ten (10) years of experience in manufacturing operations; with at least three (3) years management experience in Medical Device manufacturing.. Knowledge and experience of ERP/MRP systems. Knowledge and experience Lean Manufacturing practices. Knowledge and experience in Project Management Proficiency in GMP's, and Federal and Local Regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels Proven leadership skills Ability to supervise and manage various manufacturing departments How To Apply We are committed to creating an environment where all employees are valued and respected.
