When you join the Oral Health Care team you will tap into resources that only a global leader like Philips can provide. You will participate in a twelve week classroom and field training program that you will allow you to deliver real business value in the field. Reporting into a Regional Manager of Professional Field Sales you will be operating in a work from home position requiring significant self direction and motivation and a proven track record of field sales and territory management.

Candidate Responsibilities · Selling Zoom and our Oral Hygiene products to dental professionals to dispense to patients
· Organizing territory to allow for efficient and effective coverage of all dental professional offices within territory geography
· Achieve all key performance indicator activity; # of presentations, trial unit sales, # of lunch & learns and Zoom demo’s to dental professionals, new dispenser acquisition and revenue growth vs. prior year
· Develop relationships with key opinion leaders in the Dental Community
· Fully understanding the science and clinical significance behind the Sonicare power toothbrush, Zoom whitening, Perio RX, Fluoridex, Relief ACP, Sonicare AirFloss and it’s uses and the market
· Partner with local dental societies and corporate supported study clubs
· Develop partnerships with internal customer service reps to maximize territory coverage efficiency
· Utilize sales force automation tools & CRM database daily
· Manage sales expenses responsibly
· Attend local, regional, and national trade shows as defined by territory needs
Required Qualifications and Experience · You must have a four year college degree
· A minimum of 3 years B2B field sales experience.
· Demonstrated track record of meeting sales quotas
· Previous dental sales experience is highly desired
· Must speak fluent English
· Must live in territory
· Ability for overnight travel approximately 30%
