Logic Design Engineering Intern
Responsibilities may be quite diverse of an exempt technical nature. U.S. experience and education requirements will vary significantly depending on the unique needs of the job. Job assignments is for 8-9 months during summer break and fall semester. Intern will be using current knowledge of Linux* and/or UNIX* along with his/her understanding of verilog or system verilog to contribute on various projects in this group. The student will use his/her understanding of logic design principle and scripting experience in during this internship as well.
You must possess the minimum qualifications below to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
- Must be pursuing a MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and/or Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of Linux* and/or UNIX*
- Understanding of circuits and physical design.
- Understanding of logic design principles
- Scripts writing experience in Shell* and Perl
- Good communication skills, teamwork, and problem solving skills
