In partnership with all members of the Human Resources team, the Sr. Employee Relations Consultant sets strategic direction and initiatives of the Human Resources department. Proactively manages the development, planning, implementation and administration of the employee relations policies, practices, and procedures to ensure uniformity across the organization. Advises and consults with all levels of leadership and employees regarding interpretation and application of Connecticut Children’s human resources policies, programs, and issues. Proactively administer Connecticut Children’s employee performance inprovement philosphy to promote a positive work environment

Requirements:
Baccalaureate degree in related field required. Minimum of 5-8 years experience in human resources with experience in recruitment, employee relations and employment law. Demonstrated experience as an internal consultant to management and staff.
