Job Description:
Learn the quality systems in place and under development in Inkjet High-Speed Production Solutions (IHPS).
Investigate Knowledge Management processes and techniques.
Research industry standard tools for knowledge management.
Recommend, prototype and define a plan for implementation of the best knowledge management tool and processes for IHPS.
Partner with other engineers to develop understanding of other roles and responsibilities in the engineering community of IHPS.
Investigate the career options available for HP engineers.
Communicate status, priorities and observations to the team.

We are looking for talented engineers to join us in delivering the most reliable, supportable, and productive digital presses in the industry.
Education:
Multiple years of college completed (e.g. Sophomore year of college completed)
Pursuing Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
Proficiency with standard office technology (computers, office equipment, etc.)
Good communication skills
Solid record of past work experience and/or participation in meaningful extra-curricular activities
Skills:
Good teamwork skills and an ability to learn quickly
