Responsibilities :
CSG is currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Quality Control Inspector to work on its residential energy conservation programs in Northern Arizona. This position will be based in a home office and will need to cover Northern Arizona territories including Mohave, Coconino, and Yavapai counties.

Responsibilities:
Conducting QA/QC visits on customer’s homes:
Answering customer questions regarding subcontractor or energy advisor visits.
Conducting post combustion safety testing.
Inspecting work listed on the work order/completion form to verify that the HVAC, insulation, air sealing and other measures have been installed to program quality standards.
Documenting inspection findings and if a problem is found, document on paper and with a digital camera. Forward this information to the Account Manager and office on a daily basis.
Fixing minor defects during the inspection visit.
Assisting in the resolution of customer issues.
Performing IR scans on homes receiving wall insulation to verify the measures were installed properly.
Performing random samples on homes to determine if energy advisors specifications are complete. Give feedback to the advisors and Program Manager.

Technical Support :
Provide technical support to program staff and participating contractors
Perform follow up visits on complicated HVAC and insulation measures.
Assist in energy audit reviews as assigned by the Program Manager.

Training:Assist in staff trainings which includes:
HVAC measures and quality installation
Spec'ing insulation
Spec'ing air and duct sealing
Blower door and duct blaster diagnostic testing
Combustion safety screening and testing
Assist Account Managers with contractor trainings which includes:
Perform in process inspections to give on site feedback to contractors
Provide ongoing feedback to participating contractors
Provide onsite supplemental training to improve contractor performance
Help train contractors in the use of the blower door

Qualifications :
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in energy conservation, residential energy auditing, and residential HVAC or insulation work.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven team player.
Experience with Blower door diagnostics.
Must be able to carry 40 lbs and be able to crawl in attic spaces as needed.
Flexible schedule, some evenings and Saturdays will be required.
BPI certification a plus
Employment is contigent upon a satisfactory background check
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
