The Manager of Stations Servicing Standards is responsible for the planning, implementation, and monitoring of aircraft appearance processes and standards; the company’s FAA-approved Aircraft Deice/Anti-Ice Program (DAPM) and Aircraft Fueling Servicing Manual (AFSM), ensuring the timely incorporation of changes to company manuals, coordinating any changes between affected departments and ensure compliance with company standard format.

Will maintain open communication and provide ongoing feedback to the Senior Management and Director of Stations.


Act as the Stations Aircraft Appearance, Deice/Anti-Ice and Fueling Subject Matter Expert, assisting in the continuous improvements in these areas –

Demonstrate an excellent safety behavior and attitude, following regulatory practices and rules, recognizing and promoting hazard reporting and ensures effective safety reporting. –

Develop, track and trend data for trends related to aircraft appearance, deice/anti-ice and fueling events and occurrences –

Communicates via written reports and oral presentations to management –

Responsible for integration of manual changes brought about by training bulletins and CBTs –

Create and drive change to improve Ramp Operations performance including but not limed to achieving and maintaining aircraft appearance standards, deice/anti-ice and fueling programs and safety culture –

Responsible for development, maintenance and compliance of Allegiant’s aircraft appearance program based on industry best practices and regulatory requirements –

Responsible for development, maintenance and compliance of Allegiant’s aircraft deicing program based on industry best practices and regulatory requirements –

Responsible for development, maintenance and compliance of Allegiant’s aircraft fueling program based on industry best practices and regulatory requirements –

Review all requests to ensure all affected documents/manuals are in agreement with policies and procedures, implementing change(s) and generating revision documentation –

Maintain manuals in coordination with publications –

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written –

Other duties as assigned


INTERACTIONS: Allegiant Air Employees, vendors and airport personnel, regulatory agencies and airport personnel.


SMS Course or equivalent –

Must be trained in all areas of station operations including, but not limited to, Ground Security Coordinator, Complaint Resolution Official, Operations Agent, de-icing/anti-icing, and aircraft fueling. –

Ability to manage own time and prioritize tasks to accomplish required goals and objectives –

Strong communication skills- must be comfortable with engaging in written and verbal presentations including active participation in meetings, conference calls, training events, and seminars as required –

A command of reasoned, measured decision-making based upon analysis of the facts as well as the pros and cons of each potential decision –

Must pass a ten (10) year background check and five (5) year pre-employment drug test –

Must have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigrations Act of 1986

EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent, College Preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Airline industry ramp operations experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE: MS Word, AIS applications, proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point, E-program learning, experience in technical writing, must remain current in Allegiant Air Station policies and procedures.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Occasional travel. Office, airport, indoor and outdoor environments. Extreme outdoor conditions where extreme temperature ranges may be encountered. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.


Must be able to push/pull 300 pounds. Must be able to pick-up 70 pound from the floor to waist level or higher, then carry in front of your with both hands for a distance of up to 25 feet and have the ability to lift that same weight above shoulders on a continuous basis; must have physical dexterity sufficient to perform repetitive tasks and motions, including bending at the waist and knees, squatting, kneeling, crawling, twisting and sustaining those positions for extended amounts of time. Must have sufficient vision and ability to safely perform the essential functions of the position. Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (High Visibility clothing, Ear Protection, safety glasses) when required.
