Sodexo is seeking a Patient Services Manager for a potential new sale in a progressive multi service account located in Boston, MA area. In this customer focused role, you will be responsible for conducting performance improvement and quality assurance programs targeted to help improve patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include: participation in and directing the patient meal operation; daily meal rounding and interaction with the patients, their families and the nursing staff; ensuring proper meal assembly procedures & staff training. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of therapeutic diets and have a passion for the well being of their patients.

Provides direction, guidance, and supervision/direction of patient hospitality employees at patient care units. Serves as senior and primary representative of patient care activities. Position takes an active role in finance/cost controls of patient meal services. Manages initiatives for job redesign and process improvement, including interdepartmental improvements with nursing staff.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
