Writes, in clear and concise language. Litigation Support industry specific applications. Creates and updates manuals, tip sheets, training guides, test plans (with App Tester), Website information, monthly newsletter, user alerts.
Reviews written work of other staff for accuracy, spelling, and grammar. Works with On-Site Manager and Help Desk Manager to document all application issues and resolutions in a knowledgebase. Interacts with Application Tester assisting with drafting all application testing documentation. Independently acquires or verifies knowledge of subject by interviewing workers engaged in developing new products and services or in making improvements, observing performance of experiments and methods of production, referring to blueprints, sketches, engineering drawings and notes, trade and engineering journals, rewrites of articles, bulletins, manuals, or similar publications.
Knowledge of varius writing styles and techniques. Experience in word processing, desktop publishing, graphic design, and web development. Ability to interview and translate knowledge to requested written format. Must be able to utilize a variety of publishing tools including standard microsoft office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher,and Outlook), Adobe Suite products.
Experience and Knowleged with SharePoint 2010; Lexis Nexis Concordance, LAW PreDiscovery, and CaseMap; and Litigation Support. Degree in English, Communications, Instructional Design.
