Coupons.com is looking for a metric-driven and experienced direct marketing expert for the Sr.Manager Online Acquisition position, to join our Marketing team. This role requires a highly entrepreneurial, creative, and results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead a talented team that will significantly increase our ability to acquire customers and increase revenues through strategic multi-channel programs. You will also lead the Partner Management team, working with partners to launch joint marketing programs and ensure that industry-leading customer acquisition best practices are in place. This high-profile, strategic position reports to the VP of Marketing.

Responsibilities:
Drive development and recommend the customer acquisition and activation strategy

Design and execute strategic, end-to-end, integrated, multi-channel, direct response marketing campaigns to attract and significantly increase Coupons.com’s customer base and revenues.

Work cross-functionally to develop forecasting, testing and measurement capabilities, including customer acquisition plans and key performance metrics to report detailed program results and success.

Creatively determine and implement the best multi-channel strategy, including but not limited to, embedded, paid, multi-media and social channels, whether in-house or through existing or new partnerships

Lead and mentor a team of talented individual contributors to respond to growth in customers, revenues and acquisition programs

Qualifications:
A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive direct marketing experience, mostly in online and digital marketing

Successful results experience managing affiliate and partner marketing programs that have included multi-channel, multi-media and SEM as well as other direct marketing campaign approaches

Development and implementation of best practices in multiple online marketing programs, key performance targets, measurements and reporting

Experience in vertical and horizontal market segmentation to implement customized direct marketing campaigns

Experience in creating sales enablement tools to accelerate customer engagement and conversion

Experience managing and developing a team of high-performing, team-oriented staff members to achieve tremendous success

Four-year degree in a related field, MBA preferred

BA or BS Degree

2 years experience in digital marketing.

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA in related field.

4 years experience in digital marketing.

Experience creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Customer acquisition experience and campaign experience.

Demonstrated ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns that drive high ROI.

Ability to communicate cross-functionally within a highly energetic team
