Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science.
6 years of progressively responsible information systems experience with client and project management exposure

Certification in computer related curriculum:-Programming skills (ASP.Net, VB.Net , JavaScript/DHTML, VBScript, AJAX),-IIS Server Installation, maintenance and support-Intranet Web page design-Strong SQL Query building-Microsoft Windows Server Minimal local travel and occasional out-of-town travel required.
24 hour/7 day on-call application support required.
Job Description:
Design, Develop, Implement and Maintain custom Finance & Reporting Service's web based applications. Evaluate and understand business needs within Finance IS and Reporting Services to aid in the selection and implementation of department's supported applications. Assist with technical and business related questions that will require incumbent s expertise. Provide guidance and technical support for end users of all supported business applications. Understanding of existing hardware/software infrastructure and must be competent in performing general maintenance when necessary. Use latest Web-based and Multi-Dimensional database tools to create intranet solutions. Enhance/supplement user functionality within existing Enterprise Reporting and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems.Accountabilities:1. Application design, development & implementation of web-based applications and analytic tools to support Finance, Reporting Services and Enterprise Content Management customers.2. Explores new technology and appropriately recommends/utilizes in developing solutions.3. Stays current with business practices of healthcare and finance to enhance process improvement solutions
