This position champions the disciplines of change management and strategic communications across International Program Group (IPG) by developing tools, equipping staff, and managin change governence processes including on-going improvement of IPG's integrated implementation protocol and global portfolio. IPG designs and implements ministry in 28 field offices in developing nations. This individual works across senior IPG leadership to raise awareness and equip them to lead change within their respective domains while also mobilizing change management capacity building for teams and field offices upon request. This position also oversees the development and implementation of comprehensive IPG communication strategies and supervises IPG communication specialist(s).

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

On behalf of the Senior Vice President of International Program (IPG), develops and implements a comprehensive IPG change management strategy to include mobilizing and/or providing training on organizational change management. Responsible for overseeing the development and improvement of curriculum tailored to different stakeholder groups including senior leadership, managers, teams and change management practitioners.
Designs, maintains and improves change management toolkits that are simple, effective and designed for different audiences. Aligns IPG change management strategies, plans and tools with corporate initiatives in this space.
Uses his/her influence to promote sound change management methodology and serves as a change management resource and subject matter expert to IPG leadership and strategic program teams. Upon request, serves as a change management lead for internal projects.
Uses influence and example to promote effective change leadership and strategic communications across IPG by serving as a consultant/coach to leadership, fostering a community of practice, and/or other awareness and equipping activities.
Supports line management by overseeing the implementation and communication of IPG’s global project portfolio on behalf of the Senior Vice President of IPG.
Collaboratively implements effective portfolio governance practices with active participation from IPG leadership by facilitating and improving the IPG Integrated Implementation Protocol. Seeks feedback from the field regarding needs, pacing, or clarity of changes underway. Champions field realities and concerns.
Develops and oversees implementation of a comprehensive IPG communication strategy to include enhancing IPG’s ability to provide virtual communication/collaboration environments as well as use of social media. Supervises and coaches IPG communication specialist(s) to ensure quality deliverables on a wide range of communication mediums and topics.

Has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Advanced degree in business, behavioral science or related field preferred. Experience in organizational leadership or related field. Training and organizational development experience also a plus.
Minimum of ten years of experience in organizational change leadership, management consulting and/or leadership in highly dynamic organizations.
Certifications in change management or background in organizational behavior a plus. CORE VALUES
