Position Summary:

ProEnergy Client is looking for a Vision Software Support Specialist. Client is looking for an individual to join their technical support team to provide Vision support, training, engaging learners with varying skill levels. This person will also provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, analyzing issues and coming up with solutions. This position requires an outgoing, confident personality with excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced computer skills.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter, who has a passion for excellence and who values integrity, innovation and success.


Develop an extensive working knowledge of the Deltek product Vision
Provide software application training using a variety of delivery methods including web-based and on-site training
Coordinate new end-user implementations, providing effective training to maximize use of the software
Develop training materials for client’s implementation of Vision
Provide ongoing end-user application support via phone, email, and in person
Troubleshoot issues reported by end-users and provide solutions
Facilitate problem-solving between end user and Deltek
Coordinate or install updates to Vision

Extensive experience with Deltek Vision product software and implementation
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience is required
Experience delivering web-based training is highly preferred
Ability to anticipate areas of difficulty and/or questions and quickly adapt training to meet the needs of end-user
Ability to communicate professionally by phone and email
Ability to cultivate positive working relationships with end-users and coworkers
Ability to effectively communicate technical information in non-technical terms
Ability to effectively organize and maintain end-user data
Analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience diagnosing problems with software products (preferred)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products: o
Windows o
Office products – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint o
Internet Explorer o
File Management
Familiarity with SQL Server a plus

This position will be held at ProEnergy’s Client location in the USA.
