As the Recruiter/HR Generalist, you will assist in the development and implementation of all Organizational recruitment activities, employing traditional sourcing strategies as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. The Recruiter will stay abreast on best practices in recruitment, including but not limited to how and where to advertise, developing engaging recruitment materials and creative sourcing in order to attract qualified talent. In addition, the recruiter will identify, pre-screen and shortlist applicants, creating a pipeline in advance of need for positions within the organization. This role will also have generalist duties and take on HR projects as assigned and needed. The Recruiter/HR Generalist will report directly to the Director of Human Resources.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting. Energetic, results oriented, Demonstrated success in cultivating, developing and enhancing professional relationships. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and in depth knowledge of data mining and internet research. Experience in general HR functions. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills.
