The highly motivated and successful candidate will have:
- Prepared, through an extended training period, to run a business with an emphasis on building long term, profitable relationships with both customers and co-workers.
- Learning and participating in all aspects of our industry; including technical, sales, administrative and operational management.
- Assisting Branch Management in getting acquainted with and handling everyday operations.
§ A 4-year college degree, preferably in business
§ Sales and/or sales management experience
§ Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
§ Strong communication, leadership and supervisory skills are necessary
§ The ability to relocate after training
§ Excellent driving record and successful completion of a background check, drug test and physical exam is also required
