DESCRIPTION

Primary role of the Intake Coordinator is to complete and be able to perform all aspects of the patient's clinical intake assessment information during patients office visit.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma required; Prior experience in medical/ nursing field is preferred. Additional education in the health care filed (i.e. C.N.A or Medical Assistant) or minimum two years of medical office experience in a physician's office is highly desirable.
