Answer inquiries and obtain information for general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties. Provide information regarding activities conducted at establishments, location of departments, offices, and employees within the organization.


Operate telephone to answer, screen and forward calls; providing information, taking messages and scheduling appointments

Prepare itemized bills, insurance forms, complete month end paperwork and process Beautician check requests

Monitor and communicate safety notifications to staff according to policy

Receive and record payments

Perform administrative support tasks such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, and operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets and other documents

Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit and direct or escort them to specific destinations

Show potential residents and families available apartments

File and maintain records, including admitting and discharging Residents on the computer system, updating Resident status (weekly), transmitting information or documents to Residents and/or families using computer, mail, hand delivery, or fax machine

Analyze data to determine answers to questions from customers or members of the public

Provide information about establishment such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization or services provided

Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages, fax and courier deliveries

Prepare and distribute evaluations and physicals monthly

Process and prepare correspondence; assemble packets and other tasks

Schedule space and equipment for special programs and prepare lists of participants

Assist staff with petty cash in/out and reconcile all pretty cash on a monthly basis

Sell stamps to residents and meal tickets to employees

Order office supplies and distribute as applicable

Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars

Distribute pay check stubs biweekly

Performs other miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), one to two years related office administrative experience required.
Microsoft Office experience and 10 Key experience required.
Previous office administrative experience preferred.
