Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Directs and coordinates activities of warehouse repair technicians. Duties will include but are not limited to:
Distribution of work load to repair techs with hands on required.
Confirmation of asset receipt at warehouse.
Pulling and matching repair documents to asset.
All aspects of diagnostics and repairs.
Quality check of completed repair.
Notifications to field of shipping and tracking info.
Maintaining ever changing inventory of equipment to be repaired as well as spare equipment on hand at warehouse.
Maintaining inventory records in Invetrak and inventories.
Communicating asset transfers to Finance department.
Most aspects of asset requisitions, movements, and disposal in all company systems.
Experience :
High school diploma or GED is required.
Must have 4 years previous experience in electronic testing, diagnostics and repair at the printed circuit level.
Must be organized and have strong communication and motivational skills with the ability to adapt to steadily changing work load and environment. Good working knowledge of Excel and ability to create reports are a must.
