Description: This Irving based industry leader has an immediate 90 day contract-to-hire opportunity for a Senior Siebel Administrator. Will work on-site and be responsible for the administration and maintenance of the Siebel Application CRM system including batch process monitoring, email agent support, troubleshooting and general database maintenance. Will coordinate Siebel upgrades ensuring adherence to configuration standards. Will coordinate Siebel performance requirements and provide 3rd level Siebel end-user Workstation support (hardware and software), troubleshooting and problem resolution.
Will develop reports on system usage, compliance, and effectiveness of sales and marketing programs, and utilize Siebel Tools and Scripting in conjunction with Visual Basic programming as needed. Will coordinate Siebel upgrades ensuring adherence to configuration standards, and provide training and support to local and remote users. Will assist with Siebel backup requirements and provide problem resolution to the IT Help Desk. Will also assist with the Siebel/ERP integration and continued support of system as required.
This position requires: - 3-5+ years of Siebel CRM Administration experience. - Experience with Windows, UNIX, DB2, SQL Server. - Prefer experience with OO programming or Scripting. - Prefer experience with IBM MQ.
