As the Digital Strategy Consultant you will work closely with key business areas to develop deep understanding of competitive issues, create digital strategies for change, secure clients’ buy-in to strategic solutions, and work alongside clients to make those solutions happen. Specific responsibilities include:

Partner closely with leaders in other areas of the organization to understand their strategies, goals, challenges and opportunities

Develop hypotheses, manage data collection, model creation and analysis, conduct primary and secondary research, creatively tackle information limitations, and surface insights

Manage a significant portion of projects and ensure the projects are delivered on time and within budget

Create Cost Benefit Analyses (CBA) for recommended solutions or partnership opportunities

Lead and deliver pilot projects

Lead cross-functional teams

Provide strategic thought leadership on digital opportunities that will drive Humana’s strategy forward

Role Essentials:
At least 3 years of experience in the digital marketing field.

Outstanding consulting and project management skills

A strong background in problem-solving and analytical skills

Knowledgeable about the digital space and up-to-speed on cutting edge technology

Exceptional self-initiative- big picture and milestone / deadline driven

Flexibility and adaptability- comfortable with defining structure needed for a complex project when it does not exist

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint

Maintain focus on strategic objectives yet understand business needs

Effective communication with all levels of team and stakeholders

Role Desirables:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Experience in a highly complex, multi-stakeholder industry
  • Prior experience in a major management consulting firm.
