Responsibilities Communication with clients through email, phone and face to face contact. Assist Manager of Department with posting of client reported payments and client invoicing. Accurately enter information into multiple screens. Respond to internal and external requests in a timely and business appropriate manner. Offer suggestions to improve processes and procedures. Update client databases and information. Needs to be friendly, hardworking and thrives in a fast paced environment.
Minimum Requirements Excellent communication skills. A warm, approachable manner. Minimum two years experience in a customer service position. Extensive experience using MS Office Software. Quick Learner. Reliable transportation required for client servicing. Outstanding work ethic.
This is a high energy position. Daily interactions with a number of prestigious clients. Full time with benefits including medical, dental and 401K plan.
