The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for managing administrative aspects of client and company projects, tracking and monitoring of project progress with regards to deadlines and client needs, assisting in scheduling and logistical coordination, and communicating frequently with technicians, team members, and management. They will also be responsible for managing vendor costs and helping to improve process to drive margin. Will be the primary point of contact for the customer as well as technical engineers in the field for the client.
Responsible for managing 3-4 technicians. Will be considered a "working manager."
