Due
to continued growth as we expand our solution offerings, we are hiring an
Application Support Developer to work out of our Austin office. In this
role, you will have a wide range of responsibilities focused on providing
technical support for eLoyalty’s icApplication suite. You will be part of a
team of professionals that play a key role in supporting and troubleshooting
solutions.
Responsibilities:
Provide second
level application support of eLoyalty’s icApplication suite
Work closely
with clients and eLoyalty’s support organization to investigate and
troubleshoot tickets in client environments
Work closely
with icApplication Product Development team on resolutions to issues
Review existing
application source code to troubleshoot issues
Modify existing applications
and develop new applications for smaller development projects
Learn eLoyalty
icApplication product set and understand the capabilities and limitations
of the product suite
Stay up to date
on new features and functionality of icApplication product suite releases
and how best to support
Follow eLoyalty
GSC Incident, Service Request and client Change Control policies by
documenting work completed
Desired
Skills and Experience:
3+ years
supporting and troubleshooting application products programmed in C# and
.NET based technologies
3+ years
programming experience with Java-based technologies (Java, J2EE,
JavaScript, Java Beans, JDBC, Hibernate, Spring)
Experience with
AJAX and BASH
Experience with
client-based enterprise implementations and n-tier web application
architecture and failover / redundancy concepts
Experience with
Web services integration
Experience with
application servers: JBoss (preferable), Tomcat, IBM WebSphere, Oracle
Experience in
Relational databases, database stored procedures, and development (PL/SQL)
and SQL Server, Oracle, and Informix
Understanding of
basic database concepts: basic syntax, constraints, normalization,
indexes, and triggers.
3+ years
programming experience with .NET C#
Experience with
Cisco’s .NET or JAVA CIL a plus
Familiarity with
CTI Server, CTI OS Server, and ICM Configuration/scripting a plus
Understanding
of GWT/GXT (and MVP pattern), HTML, CSS, XML
Experience with
Linux environments (Red Hat/Fedora, Ubuntu, etc) and Windows environments.
Experience
working with applications destined for a call center environment a plus
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
