GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Under general supervision the shipping/tub assembler will perform warehouse functions such as, but not limited to loading trucks and tub assembly. Also will need to perform any other duties as directed by management.
EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED:
Knowledge of merchandise; knowledge of tying loads down and performing these functions when necessary: keep warehouse and loading area clean; check daily closing assignments and responsibilities; assemble foam rails and base foam for tub assemblies.
Ability to lift merchandise of 50 lbs; ability to communicate effectively with team members; Forklift experience is a plus; knowledge of employment and safety procedures.
PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS:
To successfully perform the essential functions of the job, an employee must be able to perform the following: Stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, climbing, crawling, walking, pulling, lifting, talking, hearing/listening and repetitive motion.
Lifting up to 50 lbs often, and/or up to 20 lbs constantly to move objects.
Occasionally works in hot and/or cold temperatures and occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions.
