About the Role:
The Client Service Team based in Melbourne is seeking an experienced
to provide general administrative support to the Relationship Management team by assisting with day-to-day activities ensuring a smooth operation of the business. You will be required to;
Organise client meetings and functions, assist with general diary management, travel arrangements, expenses and other ad-hoc requests for the team
Ensure smooth operation of activities related to client Policy Committee meetings by collating and distributing meeting papers and preparing client level reports as required
Provide assistance with running Policy Committee elections
Produce client correspondence, reports and presentations when necessary
Assist with internal client management by updating Client Relationship Management system and other spreadsheets as required
Generate billing reports and issue client invoices within agreed timeframe
Skills and Experience
Prior experience supporting a large team within a client relationship management l environment is essential. Experience with a financial services environment is preferable.
Intermediate/advanced knowledge of MS Office products, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
Proven ability to work well in a team environment to accomplish shared goals
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
General understanding of project management approaches, techniques and methodologies highly regarded
