            HR Sr. Manager

            Serves as local HR services delivery representative. Has large complex account focus. Acts independently to resolve problems related to human resources business-related issues. Works under minimal direction.

          • Provides HR support to more complex employee/labor relations issues.
          • Participates in interviewing process for high level technical and supervisory/management applicants.
          • Implements HR programs, processes and procedures emanating from COE

          • 's or other HR leadership areas. Effectively partners with local management as trusted advisor. Trains and mentors HR generalists. Leads self-directed work teams to drive process improvement and business simplification. May have global responsibilities related to assigned account. Participates, occasionally leads transition teams. Coach managers on leadership and employee development. May provide work direction to lower level HR generalists. Provide global project leadership at assigned accounts.
            • BS Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
            • Minimum 8-10 years of HR generalist experience required with strong knowledge of employee/labor relations.
            • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
            • Must be able to travel up to 40%.
