The Retention Call Center Representative provides
assistance to members and prospects with any related member issues to rectify them as efficiently as possible. This position tracks and documents every interaction
accurately in the member's account while adhering to prescribed protocols and staying in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Minimum 2 year of Customer Service Experience
- High School Diploma required
- AA/ASS - Associates Degree or equivalent preferred
- 2-5 years related experience preferred
