If you are a Senior Sales Executive with experience selling electronic security products to government customers, please read on!What you need for this position:- At least 7 years of sales experience - preferably in the electronic security industry- Previous experience in a Senior Management role- Established contacts and relationships with potential customers and channel partners.- Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive level customers and partners- Proven evangelical sales track record in a new product/new market environment- Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over timeWhat you'll be doing:- You will oversee the development of a government sales organization, appropriate for the company's maturity/size- Drive the development of government sales strategies- Work closely with the Senior Vice President of sales and Marketing to develop and execute marketing initiatives - Manage the over sales process, setting appropriate metrics for sales funnel management- Develop pricing policy recommendations, including volume discounts and terms and conditions for high profile customers and channel partners.
