Customer Success Intern (Paid)

Conductor is seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial and effective Client Support Intern to provide assistance to the Sales and Customer Success teams. This person will be responsible for aiding in the post-sale experience.

Specific Responsibilities:
  • Generate and customize monthly customer facing reports
  • Create custom reports on an as needed basis leveraging customer data from web analytics and our SEO platform
  • Manage individual priorities of analysis tasks within a structured delivery process
  • Audit internal systems and customer data to ensure full utilization of Conductor services
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Outstanding analytical skills with a proven ability to solve problems in a timely basis
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Have the ability to multitask, handle details, and maintain organization
  • Familiarity with MS Access
  • Experience with SQL strongly preferred. Alternatively, background in computer programming with an ability to quickly pick up SQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Have experience with content management and email marketing platforms.
  • Be available to work a minimum of 15 -20 hours per week
