A successful Franchise Resale Manager will provide professional services to Franchisees in order to help them sell the business to a qualified Buyer. This comprehensive service includes designing a resale portfolio which includes some of the following: territory, financial analysis, market valuation, historical growth, projections and marketing documentation.
You will be heavily involved in professionally assisting existing Franchisees and Brokers in the overall transaction coordination, which includes working closely with and residing in SERVPRO ’ s legal department.
Other responsibilities will include:
Reviewing requests and providing pre-approval for resales.
Reviewing resale files for program compliance.
Turning in complete resale file for Executive review.
Managing entire resale process.
Assisting in creating a website or place on SERVPRO’s intranet for listings of Franchises available for resale.
Minimum Requirements Include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related.
5+ years of solid business management experience (preferably in lending, sales, law, and/or former business owner).
Experience with loan approvals/bank loan processing.
Prior management leadership experience preferred.
Business Broker License desired.
Real Estate License, a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
