Hand In Hand Pediatrics in Dublin, Ohio has an immediate opening for a Clinical Supervisor with 3- 5 years experience in both clinical and supervisory areas of a multi-physician medical practice preferably in Pediatrics or primary care. Requires excellent patient care and customer service experience, current knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, diplomatic team leader, strong verbal and written communication skills, time management skills and ability to motivat e, train , and monitor employees , and maintain compliance . The right person for this job will work to ensure proper patient telephone triage, patient flow, manage the clinical and reception area s of the office and supervise and train the re ception and clinical staff .
