Will have direct client interaction and consultation on cross-border initiatives that are integral to the mission. Will handle problem identification, implementation, client training, and solution deployment. communicate progress to clients and leadership on multiple ongoing projects. Contribute direct support to tactical, administrative, and leadership initiatives. Responsibilities include interaction with company and client managers, and schedule monitoring. Identification of additional product/services opportunities in customer organization is important.
Handle delivery of consulting project activities, including directing requirements analysis and project schedules in consultation with the client. May lead a team or to provide level oversight/training, consulting expertise to client management to improve business processes, organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
8+ Years with HS or 5+ Years with AA or 2+ Years with BS
