The ideal candidate is a dependable, hard working office administrator that will work at one of our many crew office locations, with solid computer/typing skills and superb organizational skills. The Administrator will be responsible for providing a wide range of clerical responsibilities in an effort to support the local Construction Center Office.

Assist the CC manager and sales consultants to keep them in the field, in front of the customers as much as possible
Maintain all accurate record keeping for corporate
Set up and run the Construction Center per corporate procedure
Attends training and regional meetings as necessary, some of which may require overnight travel
Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers and co-workers
Keep reception area in a neat and professional order
Process orders and completions in a timely manner and mail to corporate
Answer incoming telephone calls and take messages for all Construction Center employees
Notify Sales consultants and Crew employees with critical information
Check and forward all vehicle reports and DOT logs
Answer questions about MBI and provide callers with address, directions, and other information
Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and direct visitors to appropriate personnel
Acknowledge and inform applicants of job opening status
Instruct applicants on completing employment applications, review applications for completeness
Train backup assistants and coordinate scheduling of fill-ins
Have a working knowledge of MAX/ERP software
May compile data for RSM/RCM and create reports as required by corporate
Other responsibilities as assigned by Construction Center Manager

Must have a pleasant personality with good phone and people skills
Able to multi-task several projects at one time
Must have or be capable of developing a thorough knowledge of Morton Buildings’ business practice and policies
Willing to work with others and assist with special projects
Positive attitude, self-starter, good work ethic, minimum supervision
Regular attendance required
Computer Skills: Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel
Professional attire required
