Primarily responsible for recruitment of new employees.Writes ad copy, places ads, determines creative recruiting vehicles. Responsible for internal applicant tracking system. Provides candidate screening, coordinates interviews, interviews candidates and checks references. Assists managers with hiring decisions. Also responsible for employee relations tasks involving communications, events and processes. Assists with training, budget, and other projects.
3+ years progressive HR experience, concentration in recruitment and training preferred.
