Position Description :
The Strategic Programs Division (SP) within the Office of the Chief Information Office (OCIO) requires a fulltime website designer/developer/engineer and project manager to continue website development, design, and integration of internal and external SharePoint websites for the Intelligence Community (IC) CIO and associated divisions, groups and offices. Websites are being developed across classified and unclassified fabrics. The individual will be responsible for defining technical requirements and determining their solutions for related applications and requirements in the various security domains. The individual will also be responsible for maintaining and updating website applications and capabilities, as required or recommended by the client. Individuals will be expected to meet periodically with stakeholders in support of the IC ITE corporate communications strategy to identify requirements and collect feedback. Individual must be adept at conducting research, defining requirements, and managing multiple priorities. Project manager duties will include maintaining monthly status reports to the client, periodic reviews of website content and design, and assessment of emerging market and industry technologies to enhance IC CIO website and business operations.


Primary responsibilities include:
Design, development, and maintenance of a family of SharePoint websites in both classified and unclassified domains across the IC CIO organization
Development of SharePoint sites for NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and JWICS
Produce and maintain schedules, reviews, and updates
Produce SharePoint site collection usage metrics
Meet with stakeholders to identify requirements and collect feedback
Maintain a web test environment to test and evaluate new website designs and capabilities
Maintain SharePoint site collection access management
Coordinate monthly updates of inputs from directorate websites POCs into the IC CIO websites
Provide SharePoint support to IC CIO Divisions and external IC customers
Lead technical migration from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010
Liaise with Service Providers and ODNI/SP migration working groups
