We have an immediate, full-time position available in our busy Facilities department. This individual will receive and check in orders as they are delivered, maintain proper documentation procedures, deliver items to appropriate locations/persons including other buildings and other Marklund locations, and organize stock areas for ease of deliveries and ordering. A variety of duties and responsibilities includes: Operating within a flexible schedule to handle multiple deliveries throughout the day Delivering items/orders in a timely manner to various locations throughout Marklund Picking up items needed from local stores Providing courier services between the three Marklund sites up to 3x per week Collecting Packing slips and submitting to A/P Assisting with paperwork as needed Making recommendations to improve receiving/delivery of products Assisting with light maintenance on days where there are no orders/delivers (painting, floor maintenance, salting sidewalks, etc.)
Qualified candidates will possess: High School diploma/GED Ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients, staff, and vendors Good communication skills Ability to work as a team member, while maintaining a good work attitude Ability to prioritize and perform responsibly under stressful conditions Must have current and valid IL driver's license and be insurable Must be willing to attend seminars on related topics About the Marklund Organization.
