Responsible for managing all aspects of the front-of-the-house restaurant operations and employees in specified restaurant outlet. Ensure that the top priorities are guest satisfaction and an outstanding level of service in all areas. A great attention to detail is a must!

5-10 years previous management experience in an upscale, high volume environment required. Thorough understanding of a full-service restaurant operation with in-depth knowledge of food, preparation, wines and alcoholic beverages is required.
Excellent customer relation skills, strong time management and organizational skills also required.
Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays. Be a self-motivator and motivator of others.
Have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
Must have excellent attention to details, and extensive knowledge of service standards
Must be familiar with P&L statements, labor cost and inventory controls

This position reports directly to the Director of Food and Beverage and / or Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. Direct reports include servers, host staff and assistant managers
