Job Description: Support a large 40+ person office with general duties including: answering phones and direct calls, typing, filing, faxing, etc. • Set up for conferences and order kitchen supplies, keep kitchen cleaned and stocked. • Provide customer service to 40+ employees • be a member of the Client Services team. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Expectations and Requirements: Education - High school graduate, minimum, some college a plus. Previous office experience a plus. Must be able to interact with all levels of personnel, clients, and building management. Must have high energy and ability to multitask, deal with wide variety of people. Must be able to deal with confidential HR issues with respect. Good customer service and communication skills. Must be reliable; Proficient skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and previous experience with SAP a strong plus! • This position requires 40 hours per week and is paid on the 15 th and the 30 th of the month.
