As a Payroll Specialist at ADP, you make it happen for clients large and small by ensuring their payroll gets done right - on time, the first time. You provide the expert support that makes our solutions stand out in an increasingly competitive global marketplace.

Essential Responsibilities:
Responsible for timely and accurate processing, audit and related processes for COS clients, including special projects and quarter and year end audits. Performs basic analysis & research related to payroll processing.
Builds relationships of trust, respect and partnership with client contacts by providing World Class Service Identify areas of client dissatisfaction and escalate to Team Leader PR, Payroll Supervisor or Manager.
Maintain high-level awareness of SLAs and executes to meet their requirements. Develops and maintains awareness of SAS70 and accountable for compliance at each task performed.
General supervision & HR-related oversight from Payroll Supervisor and/or Manager.
Assignment of day-to-day tasks and schedules by Team Leader or PR Supervisor. Proven Customer Service Skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Experience, Skills, Academic:
High school diploma is required.
Associate degree in Business Admin or Accounting strongly preferred.
FPC or CPP highly preferred
1-2 years of multi-corporation, multi state payroll or equivalent in the areas of - Customer Service, Other ADP BU, Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Financial Institution, Application Support or other relevant work experience.
Past performance Appraisals rated above average (internal associates)
Working knowledge of payroll processing, tax principles, wage and hour laws is required.
