We're looking for a talented Senior QA Engineer to join our team in New York City. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a problem solver, and leader.
Responsibilities
Creating and documenting an automated testing and deployment process for our hybrid Flash, JavaScript, and HTML destination
Develop and execute test plans for a multiplayer gaming framework
Identifying and tracking software bugs, consulting with our Community and Development teams
Ensuring data quality and integrity
Experience
2+ years in a similar position
Experience with web standards and cross-browser environments and issues
Experience with Selenium and Selenium RC or another automated testing suite
Experience planning and maintaining an automated testing program for a GUI heavy product
Experience managing a manual or automated QA program and testing department
Skills
Familiarity with standard bug tracking tools (e.g. Lighthouse)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Must be legally able to work in the US
Plus:
Experience working in a start-up environment a plus
Interest in social and multiplayer games a plus
Familiarity with an Agile (Scrum) software development environment a plus
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
