Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Effectively oversees the entertainment to include hired performers, bands, specialty acts, go go dancers and promotional models (includes set times and breaks).
  • Reviews the terms of all proposed contracts and coordinates all administrative requirements in connection therewith.
  • Coordinates transportation, meals, hotels and dressing rooms requirements for all contract artists.
  • Ensures all relevant entertainment documentation is forwarded to the appropriate departments regarding signatures, Legal review; and is entered and filed appropriately (ie: entertainment contracts).
  • Effectively collaborates with the Production Supervisor to ensure all acts have been advanced and special requirements are met.
  • Provides all the talent information to each operating team at each venue (who the act is, type of music, security needs, set times).
  • Coordinates any and all ticket info to cashiers and box office.
  • Works with Events Promotions Manager to ensure proper marketing of the contracted entertainer is met.
  • Submits all check request for each performer to the accounts payable department and fulfills payment obligation to the performers.
  • Properly assigns credentials to performers and crew; informs security what those credentials are.
  • Collaborates with the Sales department regarding the coordination of entertainment for private or specialty events.
  • Consistently demonstrates the initiative to assist all nightlife staff when required by business needs.
  • Makes informed selections while making sure the Human Resources department and the Exit 33 Operations Manager are consulted appropriately.


  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • A relevant college degree is required; 5 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of advanced degree.
  • Must have at least 5 years experience working in the Entertainment industry, specifically with the performers themselves. At least 2 years of leadership experience is required.
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills required with experience in contract review.
  • Must have working knowledge of all concepts and equipment required for band and theatrical productions at the highest level, including sound reinforcement, lighting and rigging.
  • Demonstrates the ability to see, hear, understand, and respond to Staff Members’ requests in a loud environment.
  • Must possess outstanding guest service skills.
  • Ability to organize/prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to make decisions in a challenging environment and accommodate a flexible work schedule.
