Technical Automation/Streamlining (40% of role)
Replace repeated 'click stream' tasks with screen-scrape solutions
Replace fax-and-email processes with automated digital transfer
Replace spot checks with rules-based logic, lookup tables, and automated checks, complete with reporting
Development related to operational improvement (20% of role)
: Developing an auto-sort function for the worklist is just one of many technical solutions that are needed in order to optimize operational effort
Control Development (10% of role)
In today's regulatory environment, and as we develop new technical processes, they need the controls to make sure they're functioning as expected
On-Call Support of Production Functions owned (10% of role)
As we develop Fraud automation processes using technical solutions, there needs to be on-call staff to support at peak times
Documentation of requirements and presentation of proposals/solutions to senior management (15% of role)

Understand the appropriate Policies & Standards applicable to my role through reading the Code of Conduct and other training allocated to me. Where responsible for risks and controls ensure that these are appropriate and fit for purpose.

Where applicable, all key controls to have identified owners, with audit trail of regular review and maintenance together with supporting records.
Where applicable, all risk events (incidents) or control failures to be escalated, investigated, reported and fixed at root cause to prevent reoccurrence
Demonstrated analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Energy and enthusiasm to drive towards results
Ability to manage and prioritize time and projects
Strong team player
Proven track record of delivering appropriate depth of analysis in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with contact center metrics and analysis, including forecast modelling and scheduling.
Strong PC skills
