Provides HR administrative support and assistance for Pella. This may include greeting guests, entering data into PeopleSoft, supporting retirement parties, overseeing the van pool and other duties as assigned.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Provide the first hand welcoming to all team members, vendors, and guests when entering the facility, following all security guidelines for issuing temporary badges, sign ins, and communications of their arrival to applicable internal team members.
Enter data into PeopleSoft
Support retirement parties
Support and back-up for other positions in the HR Service Center as needed
Act aS fill in for receiving and transferring Switchboard calls, on a temporary basis during break times
Assists with HR communications
Responsible for creating / modifying Security Badges for Pella site and all Subs
Pella Perks updates
Address changes
Van Pool Administrator
Other duties as assigned

LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret processes. procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to clearly communicate to Pella Team Members and/or guests to as they are entering and exiting the Pella-facility. Ability to multitask with processes while dealing with interruptions. Ability to process accurate information from different sources of communications

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Education & Work Experience
